Sinopsis
MEKHIT alias Mat Piso si Raja Bandit, mengawini POLI. Peristiwa ini membuat marah ayah Poli, NATASASMITA PICUM, Juragan Pengemis se-Betawi. Sebab, perkawinan itu dilaksanakan tanpa ijinnya. Picum meminta tolong kepada AMALIA, isterinya, untuk mencari siasat agar Mekhit bisa dijebloskan ke dalam penjara. Tapi Mekhit selalu bisa lolos.
Kepala Polisi KARTAMARMA, dikenal dengan julukan Macan Coklat, ternyata sahabat kental Mekhit. Malah selama ini mereka selalu bekerjasama. Jadi, tidak heran jika kumpulan bandit pimpinan Mekhit selalu berhasil menghindar dari kejaran polisi.
Natasasmita Picum akhirnya mengancam Kartamarma, jika Mekhit tidak ditangkap, maka dia akan menggerakkan massa pengemisnya turun ke jalan, berdemonstrasi. Mekhit tertangkap lagi dan dijatuhi hukuman mati. Tapi, saat nyawanya nyaris melayang, datang Surat Keputusan Gubernur Jendral. Apa isinya?
Kenyataannya, apa pun yang berasal dari istana mampu berdiri di atas hukum. Bahkan sanggup mengubah keputusan hakim.
Synopsis
MEKHIT a.k.a. Mat Piso the King of Bandits, is marrying POLI. This angers Poli’s father, NATASASMITA PICUM, the Lord of All Beggars in Betawi. Because the wedding is carried on without his consent. Picum asks AMALIA, his wife, to concoct a scheme so that Mekhit can be sent jail. But Mekhit always manages to escape.
The Chief of Police KARTAMARMA, known by the alias the Brown Tiger, is actually Mekhit’s best friend. They have been cooperating all this time. So, no wonder that Mekhit’s band of bandits always manages to elude capture by the police.
Natasasmita Picum finally threatens Kartamarma, if Mekhit is not arrested, then he will mobilize his army of beggars to take to the streets for a demonstration. Mekhit is captured again and sentenced to death. But, as his end is drawing near, comes a Decree from the Governor General. What does the letter say?
The fact is, anything that comes from the palace is capable of standing above the law. It can even overrule a judge’s verdict.

Dari arah barat Jl. Dr. Prof. Satrio, gunakan pintu masuk barat ke Ciputra World 1 dan masuk ke dalam pintu masuk Kuningan yang berada di belakang kompleks. Gunakan ram spiral di barat untuk dapat parkir di lantai 8, 9 atau 10.
From the west-bound side of Jl. Dr. Prof. Satrio, use the west entrance to Ciputra World 1 and go to the Kuningan entrance at the rear of the complex. Use the west spiral ramp to park on levels 8, 9 and 10.
